Service Description

VowsPerfect provides personalized wedding vow writing powered by artificial intelligence. Your vows are generated by AI from the answers you give in the questionnaire; they are not written by a human writer. Your package determines the revisions and extras you receive:

• Classic: AI-generated vows based on your input, with 1 round of revisions.
• Heartfelt: Everything in Classic, plus unlimited revisions, a vow delivery guide, speech tips, and priority email support.
• Legacy: Everything in Heartfelt, plus two matching speeches, personalized opening and closing lines, tone fine-tuning, and VIP email support.

User Responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Submit your questionnaire at least 2 weeks before your wedding date
• Respond to revision requests in a timely manner
• Not use our service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Not share your generated vows publicly as your own original work without attribution

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to the personal stories and information you provide to us. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use this information solely for the purpose of generating your wedding vows.

Generated Vows

Once you receive your final vows, you own the rights to use them for your personal wedding ceremony. However, the underlying storytelling technology and platform remain our intellectual property.

Delivery Timeline

• Your first draft is generated within minutes of payment confirmation, on every package
• Revisions are generated within minutes of your request
• Delivery may be delayed by technical issues outside our control, such as outages at our AI or email providers. If that happens, contact support@vowsperfect.com

Limitation of Liability

VowsPerfect is not liable for:

• Emotional distress or wedding-related issues beyond vow quality
• Technical issues preventing delivery (e.g., email filters, server outages)
• Delays caused by incomplete or unclear questionnaire responses
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
